Brain Performance Booster Cocktail


This cocktail is my facing-the-daygreat tasting, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-amyloid, detox, magnesium enriched, blood-sugar controlling, mood enhancing, energy increasing, and brain-enhancing drink that will aid in nutrient absorption and improve memory. As a result, you may drink this cocktail to increase energy, reduce blood pressure, reduce internal stress, and improve heart function.

NOTE:

  1. If you are using aspirin or other blood thinners, you should NOT use this cocktail with the first three ingredients. The other ingredients are foods to be used in moderation.
  2. The first seven ingredients may be used without the others.
  3. Drink this cocktail 3-4 days and rest for 3-4 days as needed.

 

2 Servings (Morning and Evening)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric chopped, or 1 tsp. ground
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger chopped, or 1 tsp. ground
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic chopped, or 1 tsp. ground
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil or manna
  • 1½ cup distilled water, or coconut milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp. lemon purée
  • ½ tsp. Himalayan pink sea salt with 80+ trace minerals, or Epsom salt
  • 1-2 tsp. Moringa powder
  • 1 tsp. black seed oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, ground
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chlorella 
  • 1 Tbsp. spirulina
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple or cucumber chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses and/or honey (not for diabetics)

Directions

  1. Lemon Purée: Cut lemon in pieces. Squeeze pieces in blender jar. Let juice be the liquid to liquefy the lemon. You can use two lemons and refrigerate in a glass jar for use later.
  2. Steep lemon purée, turmeric, ginger, and garlic in boiling distilled water, or hot coconut milk for 10-15 minutes. You can use this by itself with great results.
  3. Blend the rest of ingredients. Add the hot purée mixture and blend.
  4. Drink warm as the first thing in your stomach in the morning, 30 minutes after drinking 2-4 8oz. glasses of warm water, and last thing around 6.00pm.
  5. Refrigerate left overs, after the first serving, in a tightly closed glass jar/bottle. Use the balance within 24 hours.

Brain Performance Booster Poultices

Inflammation Reducing Poultice

For Joints, Injuries, Swelling, and Pain

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. activated charcoal
  • 2 Tbsp. bentonite clay (food grade)
  • 2 Tbsp. turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (do not use on tender skin)
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper powder (will give slight burning sensation)
  • 1 Tbsp. sun dried pink sea salt or Epsom salt
  • 3-4 Tbsp. coconut oil or food grade castor oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp. Aloe Vera (scrape-off gel for easy use)
  • 8 drops frankincense oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a thick paste with plastic spoon to prevent deactivation of charcoal.
  2. Spread paste thick over the joint area, cover with gauze, and wrap with plastic wrap. Leave on for 3 hours or overnight. Optional – apply hot towels over the area, changing before they are cooled, for 1-hour. Use 2-3 times daily.
  3. Wipe off with warm water and end with room temperature water.
  4. You can drink your poultice. Add 2 Tbsp. mixture in 8oz. glass of distilled water and drink.

Apply poultice 1-2 times per day until there is relief from pain.

Use with Cocktail for best results.

Quick Pain Relief Poultice


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. clove oil (will numb the painful area)   
    3 Tbsp. coconut/olive oil   
    1 Tbsp. turmeric powder  

Instructions

  • Mix oils and turmeric in a small glass or ceramic jar/bowl.
  • Use a brush to spread on the area. Pain will disappear in a few minutes.
  • Apply poultice 1-2 times per day until there is relief from pain.
  • Use with Cocktail for best results.

Cayenne pepper paste in bowl
